Mereoak Park & Ride

Mereoak Park and Ride is located at Mereoak Lane, Grazeley, accessible from the A33, just south of M4 junction 11. The site offers nearly 600 parking spaces, including areas for cycles and motorcycles. 

Park and Ride Routes

• Hospital Park & Ride 300: Links the Royal Berkshire Hospital with the Mereoak and Thames Valley Park & Ride sites, operating Monday to Friday from 6am to 7pm.  Timetables and route map.
• Mereoak Park & Ride 600/650: Offers frequent connections to central Reading, with additional Sunday services via Green Park. This site is served by Reading Buses, please see their website for any changes to the service.  

Fares from Mereoak Park & Ride

• Return fare: £2.50
• Boost (18 & under): £2.50
• Concessionary passholders – travel for free (according to the terms of the local authority that they are travelling in), but must pay £1 on the bus to park
• Group Tickets: up to 4 people travelling together - unlimited day travel for any combination of adults & children. £8.00 off peak after 9.30am and all day weekends and public holidays. £10 at all other times. This fare does not include parking. 

The £1 park & ride return fares have finished, but Reading Borough Council have agreed to continue with a special offer of park & ride returns for just £2.50 for a limited period.  On buses from Winnersh and Mereoak, this £2.50 fare also includes parking too!
