Supporting Businesses

My Journey is very keen to promote active and sustainable modes of transport within workplaces in the borough, an important facet of which is cycling into work.

We already work with a number of workplaces and business parks but we are keen to spread our help to more businesses.

We can offer the following at your workplace:

  • Adult cycle training
  • Bike maintenance workshops
  • We loan out our electric cargo bikes so businesses can discover the benefits of travelling around the borough this way for transport

Cyclescheme

If your employer is signed up to the Cyclescheme then you could buy a bike through the scheme.

Cycle to Work Day takes place on Monday, 7 July 2025.

Walking

Going out for a walk at lunchtime is a great opportunity to fit exercise into your daily life.  The business parks are usually close to green spaces - why not set up a walking group with your colleagues to visit nearby green spaces and discover the local area.
