Supporting Businesses
My Journey promotes active and eco-friendly commuting in businesses across the Borough. This includes making it easier for residents to cycle to work. We already work with several workplaces and business parks. We want to extend our support to more businesses in our area.
Workplace Active Travel Solutions:
We offer the following events and activities:
- Bike Maintenance Workshops: Keep your bikes in top shape! Learn bike maintenance from qualified mechanics.
- Electric Cargo Bike: Try out an e-cargo bike. It could be a greener way to take goods to clients or customers.
- Cycle Training: Improve your on-road cycling skills and confidence. We can provide training sessions at your workplace.
- Dr Bike: A qualified mechanic will visit your workplace and carry out services on bikes.
- Active Travel Breakfasts: Host special morning events to encourage bike use among employees, with fun prizes.
- Led Rides: Enjoy short, scenic lunchtime bike rides with your team.
