Cycling

Cycling is a great way to get fit through building exercise into your daily routine. According to the NHS, adults aged 16-64 should do at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity such as cycling every week (NHS, 2016).

My Journey can provide advice on buying a bike and give you the opportunity to try a bike before committing to purchasing one. Cycle training sessions for adults and children are also organised throughout the year to teach people how to ride a bike and build up cycling confidence.
