Suitable For

Beginner cyclists, those who have never ridden or haven’t ridden for a long time.

Additional Information

Our sessions are based at the tennis courts at Woodford Park Leisure Centre, and focus on learning the basic skills of cycling. Sessions are aimed at beginners who have never learnt to ride a bike, and those who haven’t been on a bike for a long time. You can borrow a bike but you need to provide your own helmet.

Cost per Participant

£6.00 - Please note we have had to increase our fees to £6.00 per session

If you feel unable to pay this cost for any reason please contact us to discuss options with us. We wish to remove barriers to cycling, so whilst we need to cover our costs we don't want this to prohibit anybody from attending.

PLEASE NOTE: Parking will be very limited in Woodford Park Leisure Centre car park AND there are no toilets available

• If you are showing any COVID-19 symptoms please do NOT attend the adult cycle training
• All loan bikes will be cleaned by the instructor prior to use
