Suitable For

Aimed at those who have attended our beginners sessions and are ready to move on to the next stage (also those who haven't been on a bike for a long time but feel confident with the basics). You can borrow a bike but you need to provide your own helmet.

Additional Information

Training on quiet local roads to cover the basics of road positioning and communicating with other road users. This is suitable for adults who are able to ride a bike, but lack confidence cycling on roads.

Cost per Participant

£6.00 - Please note we have had to increase our fees to £6.00 per session

If you feel unable to pay this cost for any reason please contact us to discuss options with us. We wish to remove barriers to cycling, so whilst we need to cover our costs we don't want this to prohibit anybody from attending.

PLEASE NOTE: Parking will be very limited in Woodford Park Leisure Centre car park
