How to take part

Looking for something to do as a family in the school holidays?  Then why not have a go at our Summer Cycle Trail?

Follow the trail to find eight posters with pictures of either sustainable forms of travel or ways to keep fit.  Take a note of the red letters from the words on the eight posters. Once you've collected all the letters work out the word they spell and then send it to us.  

Anyone who sends us the correct answer will be entered into a prize draw with the chance of winning a prize kindly donated by ASDA.
