Willowbank Junior Pupil Has Winning Design to Encourage Considerate Parking

The My Journey team recently ran a competition for school children across Wokingham Borough to design a car sticker to promote considerate parking.

To encourage parents to park in a safe location, not on zig zag or double yellow lines, or blocking footways, children were asked to design a sticker that parents could put in their car windows. This will hopefully remind parents of the need to park considerately and allow parents to show their support for doing so.

It was very difficult to choose a winner from the wonderful entries we had, but the winner was an 8 year old pupil from Willowbank Junior School.  Please see the winning design below.

The school will receive stickers for each child to take home for their parents to put in their cars.

Congratulations to our winner!
