Cycling on the A329 Corridor

Work started in January 2016 on the next section of a £2million cycleway that is planned to run the length of Wokingham Borough’s section of the A329, from the Three Tuns junction to Coppid Beech roundabout. This will form a new section of the Sustrans National Cycle Network and has been provisionally numbered NCN422.

Phase 1, 2 and Phase 3 are now complete.  Phase 4, beween Binfield Road and Coppid Beech Junction, is being timed to start in 2019.  Also in 2019 signage will be installed along the entire route to reflect the National Cycle Network route number assigned to this corridor.
