Winnersh Fete

My Journey team and Dr Bike supported Winnersh fete in the sunshine on Saturday 4 September and enjoyed the atmosphere of a village type fete, with the community flooding round all the stalls and activities that were running. 

We promoted Love to Ride Cycle September along with our cycle activities for young and old and spoke with a multitude of people interested in cycle training especially.  Our free bike checks went down well with sorting minor problems on adult and children’s bikes as well as identifying more major issues needing rectifying.  

Refreshments from the local church and Bluebell Box were particularly popular and the team took advantage of some truly delicious homemade cakes!
