Details of the course

You will learn the following:

- How to check your bike.
- How to change an inner tube in the event of a puncture.
- How to clean and oil your bike.
- You have the chance to get Ad Hoc maintenance advice from our instructor.

Please bring your own cleaned bike along as well as an inner tube.

Note: this is a basic bike maintenance course aimed at people with no or little bike maintenance knowledge, we will not be demonstrating more complex repair type issues that you would typically use a bike shop for.

PLEASE ALSO NOTE THE FOLLOWING

There is a kitchen available at this venue where you can make your own hot drinks - please remember to bring a cup and your own tea / coffee, etc.
