Park & Ride

Overview

Park and Ride services offer convenient parking and transit options for Reading and surrounding areas.

Mereoak     

• Location: Mereoak Lane, Grazeley, near M4 junction 11.
• Operating Times: Weekdays 05:45-23:31, Saturdays 05:45-23:21.
• Sports Services: Special buses for Reading FC games and London Irish Saturday matches.
• Fares: Single Adult £2.00, All-Day £3.50; Concessionary Pass Holders travel free (excluding Mereoak Sports Service buses) but pay for parking.
• Parking: Daily fee £1.00.

Winnersh Triangle

• Saturday Service: Buses every 20 minutes to Reading, starting 25 November.
• Fares: £2 each way, £4 return, plus £1 parking fee on bus.
• Group Fare: £7 for up to 5 people, plus £1 parking fee on bus.
• Facilities: Ground floor opened in April 2023 with disabled spaces and electric vehicle chargers.                                                                       

Thames Valley Park & Ride

• Location: East of Reading, west of A3290 and Thames Valley Park Drive roundabout.
• Services: To Royal Berkshire Hospital, London Heathrow.
• Parking: £1 per hour up to 4 hours, £4 for 24 hours; long stay and annual options available.
  

Coppid Beech Park & Ride

• Location: North of A329 London Road, west of A329(M) Coppid Beech roundabout.
• Parking: Daily charges from £1.50 to £4.00; overnight £1.00.
  Facilities: 18 electric vehicle charging bays.
• Bus Service: Reading Buses Lion 4/X4, capped fares for Bracknell, Reading, and Wokingham Town.
